Shipping

The images available for purchase on Cassidy Inspired are offered exclusively as digital downloads. As such, there is no shipping of a physical product. Instead, upon successfully purchasing one or more images, those images are made available for immediate download to your computer on the Payment Success page.

In addition, an email will be sent to you containing the download link(s) to your purchased image(s). This email will be sent to the email address used during checkout.

NOTE: The download link(s) contained in this email will be valid for 30 days. If you need to access your images after 30 days, you can do so using our image purchase access form.

Refunds & Returns

As the images available for purchase on Cassidy Inspired are offered exclusively as digital downloads, physical returns of purchased items is not possible, nor are refunds once you've successfully downloaded your purchased image(s).

That said, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee that the images you purchase for download are of the size, resolution, and representation as indicated at the time of purchase. If for any reason you encounter any problems receiving your purchased images, you can use our image purchase access form to be emailed a refreshed set of download links to your purchased images.
