Every design is an original by Cassidy, a Southern California artist. Read more on the about page. All artwork is copyrighted; buying a product doesn’t include rights to reproduce the design.

Each piece is printed to order after you buy it, by a professional print partner in the United States (or in Canada for Canadian orders). Nothing sits in a warehouse, which keeps waste down and lets us offer every design on every product.

Materials are listed on each product page under Materials. Throw pillow covers are a soft linen-feel polyester with a hidden zipper; canvases are stretched on wood frames and ready to hang; mugs are ceramic and dishwasher and microwave safe unless the page says otherwise.

We photograph and render each design carefully, but screens differ and fabric takes ink a little differently from paper. Expect small shade differences, and slight differences in cropping or positioning between sizes so the art fits each one; a misprint or a clearly wrong color is a defect we’ll replace.

Not at the moment. We add new designs and sizes regularly, so if the piece you want isn’t available in your size, let us know and we’ll tell you if it’s coming.

Pick a product, choose the size, add it to the cart, then check out. Checkout is handled by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers. No account is needed; your order status page is linked from your confirmation email.

Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars.

Sales tax is added at checkout where we’re required to collect it, currently for deliveries within California. The cart shows your total before tax; checkout shows the final amount before you pay.

Yes, until it enters production, usually within a few hours. Reply to your confirmation email or contact us right away with your order number.

When we run a promotion the code goes in the promotion box at checkout. One code per order.

Production takes 2 to 6 business days, then delivery is currently estimated at 4 to 7 business days in the US and 2 to 18 to Canada, depending on the item. The cart and your confirmation email show the estimate for your items. Full details are on the shipping page.

Exactly what the carrier charges us, shown in the cart before you check out. Large pieces cost more to ship than small ones.

You’ll get an email with a tracking link when it ships. The same link is on your order status page.

Probably not: items can be made in different facilities and travel separately. Each package has its own tracking email. If the last package hasn’t arrived within the estimate, contact us.

We’re sorry. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging, and we’ll send a replacement or refund you. There’s nothing to send back.

Because each piece is made to order for you, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Please check sizes and photos before buying. See the returns policy.

Check with household members, neighbors and your building’s mailroom, then give it a day; carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us and we’ll sort it out.

We refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of approving it. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
