CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT:

This Content License Agreement governs the use of digital images purchased from the Cassidy Inspired website. By purchasing an image, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Permitted Uses:

• You may use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• For commercial use, you may use the image in marketing and promotional materials, including printed materials, product packaging, presentations, film and video presentations, commercials, catalogues, brochures, promotional greeting cards and promotional postcards.
• You may use the image on websites, blogs, and social media.

Prohibited Uses:

• You may not sublicense, re-sell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the image to a third party.
• You may not incorporate the image into a logo, trademark, or service mark.
• You may not use the image in a way that is considered defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You may not use the image in merchandise intended for sale or distribution where the image makes up a significant portion of the product, including printed artwork, posters, calendars, stationery items, and gift items.

Ownership: All images remain the sole and exclusive property of Cassidy Inspired. Purchasing an image grants you a limited license to use the image as specified in this agreement, but does not transfer ownership of the image.

Attribution: Attribution is not required for use of Cassidy Inspired images. However, if you choose to provide attribution, please credit as "Image by Cassidy Inspired (cassidyinspired.com)".

License Duration: The license granted is perpetual and worldwide, subject to the terms of this agreement.

Modifications: You may modify or alter the images for your use, provided that the modified image is not used in a way that violates the terms of this agreement. Cassidy Inspired retains all rights to the original image.

Termination: Cassidy Inspired may terminate your license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the image and destroy any copies.

These AI tools are used as part of our creative process, helping to generate initial concepts or enhance certain aspects of our images.

However, it's important to note that all final images are carefully curated, edited, and approved by our human artists. The use of AI in our creative process does not diminish the uniqueness or value of our images, nor does it affect the terms of our Content License Agreement.

REFUND POLICY:

As our products are digital images delivered electronically, we generally do not offer refunds once the image has been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues with downloading or accessing your purchased images, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund if necessary.
